- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Permitted Uses
- Record and transcribe your own audio content
- Create notes, summaries, and study materials from your content
- Share content within your organization (Business plan users)
- Export your data in supported formats
Prohibited Uses
- Upload content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights
- Record conversations without consent from all parties
- Use the service for illegal activities or harassment
- Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
Subscription Plans
We offer Free, Pro, and Business plans with different features and usage limits.
Billing Cycles
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on your selected plan.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.
Your Content
You retain full ownership of all content you upload, record, or create using Votyl. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content.
Content Ownership
You own all rights to your uploaded content
Content License
You grant us license to process and store your content
Content Responsibility
You're responsible for content legality and permissions
Content Deletion
You can delete your content at any time
Service Availability
While we strive to provide reliable service, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected downtime may occur.
Limitation of Liability

Votyl is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service, including data loss or service interruptions.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will:
